Re: voice
Is there something you need assistance with?

Re: voice
Re: voice
[tries not to sound overly pleased!]
Ah -- not at all. You may come over whenever you wish. My door is always open!
[fails at trying not to sound pleased]
voice
action, 30 seconds later
action
[the one with the half of a face]
[it should be half off due to the missing face bits fyi]
[is by now somewhat accustomed to the fact that shinobi seem to prefer windows to doors, and left both slightly ajar]
[of course, he is not accustomed to actually hearing a shinobi, since shinobi don't make any noise, so he continues tidying up the common area, putting out a fude and parchment to map the toad bastard's demise, or take notes on the complexities of shinobi relationships]
action
And makes his way into the common room.... from Zura's bedroom.
He does kind of look like he could use advice, huh? ]
Re: action
[he certainly looks troubled]
[this is a job for Katsura Kotarou]
Please, sit down. Would you like tea?
action
[ He takes a seat on the couch ]
Re: action

Re: action
I am afraid I don't understand.
action
I didn't let him know you were on the ship.
Re: action
[he doesn't need to ask why Kakashi had chosen secrecy, for a few reasons; Takasugi was never all that subtle]
How did he -- [a falter, and then he recovers his composure] ...Thank you for alerting me to his presence.
action
[ pause ]
Will you tell me what happened?
Re: action
[he seems preoccupied with memory for a moment, or maybe the future - whateverwherever he's looking, it's not the present, and the request that follows is drained of much emotion]
I would wish that you avoid excessive contact with him. He is a dangerous man.
action
[ He gets up and walks to Zura's kitchen so he can make tea. He picks the bag with the least leaves in it, takes some fruit from the refrigerator and slices it onto a plate, and puts a tiny little bowl of condensed milk in the center for dipping, even though neither of them really like sweets. ]
Re: action
[on another day, Zura might follow him to the kitchen, cite the rules of Household Hospitality, and the very strict roles of Guest and Host]
[he doesn't do it today.]
action
...If you'd rather be alone, I can leave, but you should have some tea first.
Re: action
[it is his problem, and he is going to deal with it accordingly (Gintoki -- nonwithstanding, he will jump that hurdle when he gets to it), but for the current moment...]
...I do not mind the company of a close friend. Your presence is always appreciated, although you do not have to feel obligated towards anything at all.
[he supposes he is becoming selfish to propose even that much]
action
I feel obligated to tell you that I also enjoy the company of a friend and as such, would like to know what you're thinking.
[ It's strange for him, to see Zura so ill at ease, but if he's indirect it'll cause them to circle around each other like binary stars; no one has the patience for that. ]
Re: action
[his eyes are unfocused as they've never been, the open book of Zura's feelings blurry and smudged with ill-used indecision]
[he answers as honestly as he can;]
I suppose I am thinking -- that life is going to become slightly more complicated. To say the least.
The last time I saw that man, I swore to kill him.
